At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Plaza Mayor to kick off our private tour of Salamanca, a city with a historic center that has been declared a World Heritage Site. This iconic town is home to architectural masterpieces in Picaresque style.

During the visit, we will see the famous shells of St. James at the Casa de las Conchas, situated in front of the temple of La Clerecía, which housed a Jesuit College and now contains the Pontifical University.

The tour will proceed down Libreros Street to the University of Salamanca, the oldest in Spain, where notable figures such as Fray Luis de León and Unamuno lectured. We'll admire the Picaresque details of its façade and venture inside to see the famous Sky of Salamanca, a 15th-century fresco in the Escuelas Menores.

Next, we will visit the New Cathedral, built from 1513 to 1733, followed by the Old Cathedral, with its Middle Ages architecture and sublime sculptures. Here, we'll focus on the Chapel of Santa Barbara, associated with prominent Spanish literature figures.

After two hours, our tour will conclude at the Casa Lis Museum, one of the most popular in Castilla and León.
