Hacienda La Caravedo Folkloric Dinner Show & Pisco Tasting

At 6:30 pm we'll meet at Hacienda La Caravedo, an estate on the outskirts of Ica, where you'll enjoy an evening of Peruvian gastronomy and folklore. The experience begins with a tour of the historical part of the hacienda, detailing the traditional production processes used since its origins.

Following the tour, we'll participate in a tasting of five La Caravedo piscos, recognized in various competitions. The evening continues with an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses.

We will conclude the night with a dinner and a folkloric show of Afro-Peruvian music, representing the cultural mix of Peru, complemented by the music of cajón, guitar, and other instruments.

The dinner includes three courses: a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink. The experience will wrap up between 9 and 9:30 pm.
