La Caravedo Hacienda Visit

On this guided tour of the hacienda of La Caravedo, you'll explore its distillery and unwind by the pool. The experience includes lunch.

Visit Details

The tour starts at 10 am at the main entrance of the hacienda, located on the outskirts of Ica.

You will be welcomed with a canned chilcano drink for adults and juice for children. The guided tour will then take you through the distillery at hacienda La Caravedo, beginning with original installations dating back to 1684, where you will see the wine press and tools used for pisco production. The tour continues in modern distillation rooms showcasing the current technology used in pisco production.

Next, you will visit the stables of La Caravedo, home to various animals including Peruvian jumping horses, ponies, alpacas, guinea pigs, peacocks, and guinea fowl.

After touring the stables, you can enjoy the swimming pool at hacienda La Caravedo (swimming costume recommended). Following a swim, a tasting of three international gold medal-winning piscos will be conducted.

Lunch will consist of a three-course daily menu with water or a soft drink. After lunch, you can remain at the hacienda until 6 pm.
