La Caravedo Hacienda Visit

On this guided tour of the hacienda of La Caravedo, you will explore its distillery, relax by the pool, and enjoy lunch.

Visit Details

The tour begins at 10 am at the main entrance of the hacienda in Ica. Guests will receive a welcome drink—canned chilcano for adults and juice for children. The guided tour of the distillery will showcase the original installations from 1684, including the wine press and traditional equipment for pisco production, followed by a visit to the modern distillery rooms.

The tour continues in the stables of La Caravedo, featuring a variety of animals such as Peruvian jumping horses, ponies, alpacas, guinea pigs, peacocks, and guinea fowl. Guests can then enjoy the swimming pool, so bring a swimming costume. Subsequently, there will be a tasting of three international gold medal-winning piscos.

This tasting will be followed by a delicious lunch, which includes a three-course menu with water or a soft drink. After dining, guests can remain at the hacienda until 6 pm.
