La Caravedo Hacienda Visit

On this guided tour of the hacienda of La Caravedo, you will explore its distillery and enjoy time by the pool, accompanied by a lunch.

Visit Details

The tour starts at 10 am at the main entrance of the hacienda, located on the outskirts of Ica.

Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome drink, either a canned chilcano for adults or juice for children. The guided distillery tour includes a visit to the original installations from 1684, featuring the wine press, press, and falcas used in pisco production. You'll also visit the modern distillery areas to learn about the making of this traditional Peruvian drink using advanced technology.

Next, the tour takes you to the stables of La Caravedo, where you can see various animals, including Peruvian jumping horses, ponies, alpacas, guinea pigs, peacocks, and guinea fowl.

After the stables, feel free to take a swim in the hacienda's pool—remember to bring your swimming costume! Following the swim, you will have the opportunity to taste three international gold medal-winning piscos.

A delicious lunch will follow, consisting of a three-course menu along with water or a soft drink. After lunch, you can relax at the hacienda until 6 pm.
