In this pisco workshop at La Caravedo hacienda, participants will learn about the production of pisco and prepare cocktails in the oldest working distillery in America.

Pisco Workshop Details

At the scheduled time, we will meet at La Caravedo hacienda to explore the world of pisco.

This estate features the oldest working distillery in America, founded in 1684, dedicated to pisco production, Peru's signature drink.

A guided tour through the facilities will cover the artisanal pisco production process and the quality standards that make it one of the best in the country.

We will also visit the modern plant, which produces almost one million liters of pisco annually in a more industrial manner.

The tour concludes with a tasting of four piscos produced at the hacienda, followed by a cocktail-making session where attendees will learn to prepare two cocktails: pisco sour and chilcano, led by an experienced bartender.

The entire activity lasts between 2.5 and 3 hours from the start of the tour.
