At the selected time, participants will meet at the hacienda La Caravedo to explore the world of pisco.

The estate is home to the oldest working distillery in America, founded in 1684, dedicated to producing pisco, Peru's most famous drink.

The workshop includes a guided tour of the facilities, explaining the artisanal pisco production process and the quality standards that contribute to making some of the best pisco in the country.

Participants will also visit the modern plant, where nearly one million liters of pisco are produced annually in an industrial manner.

At the end of the tour, participants will taste four piscos produced at the hacienda and learn to make two cocktails, pisco sour and chilcano, guided by an experienced bartender.
