La Caravedo Haciendo Pisco Workshop

In this pisco workshop at the hacienda of La Caravedo, we will learn about the production of this typical Peruvian drink and prepare cocktails at the oldest working distillery in America.

Pisco Workshop Details

At the selected time, we will meet at the hacienda La Caravedo to explore the world of pisco.

The hacienda, founded in 1684, has been dedicated to pisco production. It is home to the oldest working distillery in America.

A guided tour will provide insights into the artisanal pisco production process and quality standards used to create premier pisco.

We will also visit a modern plant where nearly one million liters of pisco are produced annually in an industrial manner.

At the end of the tour, we will taste four types of pisco produced at the hacienda and learn to make two cocktails, pisco sour and chilcano, from an experienced bartender.

The activity will conclude between 2.5 and 3 hours after the start of the tour.
