In this cooking demonstration at Hacienda La Caravedo, you will observe the preparation of traditional Peruvian recipes and enjoy a tasting. The experience begins with a welcome pisco sour.

An experienced chef will present the dishes being prepared and demonstrate techniques of Peruvian cuisine, sharing secrets behind its gastronomy.

Following this, a visit to the La Caravedo distillery will take place, which is the oldest active distillery in the American continent. The tour concludes with a tasting of 5 piscos.

After the distillery visit, participants will enjoy a meal featuring typical dishes prepared by the chef. The meal includes a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink, based on the selected time for either lunch or dinner.

The experience will also include an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses, showcasing the graceful movements of this native breed.
