Peruvian Cooking Demonstration at Hacienda La Caravedo

In this cooking demonstration at Hacienda La Caravedo, participants will see how traditional Peruvian recipes are prepared and taste them. The experience includes a Pisco tasting and an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses.

We will meet at the designated time at Hacienda La Caravedo, where guests will be welcomed with a pisco sour. An experienced chef will explain and demonstrate the preparation of various traditional Peruvian dishes, sharing insights into the gastronomy.

Following the cooking demonstration, we will tour the La Caravedo distillery, the oldest active distillery in the American continent. The tour will conclude with a tasting of 5 piscos.

Participants will then enjoy a meal based on the dishes prepared, with lunch or dinner options available depending on the selected time. The meal includes a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink.

The experience will also feature an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses, showcasing the elegant movements of this native breed. The entire gastronomic experience lasts for 4.5 hours.
