In this Peruvian cooking demonstration at Hacienda La Caravedo, you will see traditional preparations of famous Peruvian recipes and have the opportunity to taste them. The experience begins with a welcome pisco sour.

An experienced chef will explain the dishes to be prepared and demonstrate the techniques of Peruvian cuisine, revealing the secrets of its gastronomy.

Following the cooking demonstration, there will be a visit to the La Caravedo distillery, which is the oldest active distillery in the American continent. The visit will include a tour of the facilities and a tasting of 5 piscos.

To complete the culinary experience, participants will enjoy a meal at the restaurant featuring typical dishes prepared by the chef. The meal, whether lunch or dinner depending on the chosen time, will consist of a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink.

The activity concludes with an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses, showcasing the graceful movements of this native breed.

The entire gastronomic experience lasts approximately 4.5 hours.
