El Ocaso Coffee Farm Excursion

At the time of your choice, we'll meet in the Main Square of Salento, in front of the church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen. Once gathered, we'll travel by jeep to the El Ocaso farm, a prestigious site in the Quindío region.

At El Ocaso, you'll learn about the process of a Colombian coffee farm, the journey of coffee beans from cultivation to cup, and the types of coffee and their preparation methods. We will explore the farm's facilities to reveal these facts.

You will gain insight into the coffee harvesting, drying of beans, and grinding process. Additionally, you will learn to prepare coffee as Colombians do, followed by a tasting session to appreciate its aroma and flavor.

After an hour and a half at the El Ocaso farm, we will return by jeep to the center of Salento, where we will say goodbye.
