At the time of your choice, we'll meet in the Main Square of Salento, in front of the church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen. Once gathered, we'll take jeeps to the El Ocaso farm, one of the most prestigious in the Quindío region.

At El Ocaso, you'll learn about the process of a Colombian coffee farm, exploring the journey of coffee beans from cultivation to the cup. You'll discover the types of coffee and their preparation as we explore the farm's facilities.

You will learn about harvesting coffee, drying the beans, and the grinding process. Additionally, you'll learn how to prepare coffee like real Colombians, followed by a tasting of its mild aroma and intense flavor.

After an hour and a half at the El Ocaso farm, we'll return by jeep to the center of Salento, where we'll say goodbye.
