Description

At the chosen time, we will meet next to the port of Salerno to start walking through the historical center and explore the city's traditional gastronomy.

Salerno's strategic location in Campania offers a wide range of typical products.

During our stroll, we will encounter several sausage shops and visit one for a small tasting of salami, cheese, and buffalo mozzarella.

Next, we will enjoy the street food of Salerno with a portion of cuoppo, a tasty fried fish, and the famous anchovy sauce from the village of Cetara.

The tour will also take us to the beautiful exterior of Salerno's cathedral. There, we will taste a slice of pizza and for dessert, sfogliatella, a flaked pastry. To conclude the experience, a coffee, a shot of limoncello, or fennel liqueur will be served.

After a 4-hour journey of flavors, we will return to the original departure point.
