At the time of your choice, we will meet at the waterfront in Salerno to begin a guided tour through the historic center of Salerno.

We will walk through the medieval streets towards the San Pietro a Corte complex. Roman baths, Christian places of worship, and Norman palaces converge here, revealing the diversity of cultures that have shaped Salerno's history.

Next, we will visit the cathedral of San Matteo, also known as the Duomo of Salerno. This sanctuary was built on the remains of a Roman temple. You will learn about this and other facts as we explore the basilica.
