Discover one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Italy accompanied by an exclusive guide just for you and your partner, family or friends.

Salerno Private Tour

Meeting will occur at the scheduled time in Piazza Matteo Luciani, where we will start our private tour of the historic center. Here, we will admire the Giuseppe Verdi Municipal Theater, a 19th-century building, along with the Villa Comunale's medieval gardens.

We will proceed to the Minerva Gardens, one of Salerno's key attractions and the oldest botanical garden in Europe, historically used by students of Salerno Medical School for medicinal plants since the Middle Ages.

Next, we will explore the historic center, navigating through narrow alleys like Via dei Mercanti. We will observe significant buildings such as the Monumental Complex of San Pietro Corte and Salerno Cathedral, known as the Duomo, which holds the relics of the apostle Saint Matthew.

The tour will continue to the Devil's Bridge, a medieval aqueduct linked to a local legend. To conclude, we will walk along the promenade, renowned for its beauty. After a 2-hour tour, we will bid farewell while enjoying a spectacular view of the gulf and the Amalfi Coast.
