Vietri sul Mare and Cetara Trip

At 8:00 am, we will meet in the center of Salerno to begin our adventure. We will drive to the coastal village of Vietri sul Mare, located just 15 minutes away.

In Vietri sul Mare, we will explore the historical center, discovering alleys, pottery shops, and views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. This area of the Amalfi Coast is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You will have two hours of free time to explore this town at your leisure. Visit the cathedral of San Giovanni, which features Romanesque, Renaissance, and Baroque styles from various renovations over the centuries.

Next, we will head to the village of Cetara, arriving 20 minutes later. Here, we will learn about the making of the town's famous traditional delicacy: anchovy sauce. After tasting this, you will have an hour and a half to dine and explore Cetara.

The excursion will conclude with our return to Salerno, arriving at 4:00 pm.
