On this tour, we'll travel to Congost de Mont-Rebei gorge, one of Catalonia's natural gems. Then we'll visit the charming villages of Montblanc and Arbeca and their archaeological sites.

Congost de Mont-Rebei Gorge Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Salou at 8 am and head towards Congost de Mont-Rebei, a region of natural beauty.

Once we reach this natural border between Huesca and Lérida, we'll embark on a hiking route through the impressive gorge, the main attraction of our tour. Along the way, we will discuss notable facts about the region, including the absence of roads or electricity lines.

Following the hiking experience, we'll proceed to Arbeca, where we will find the remains of the castle of the Dukes of Cardona and explore the Iberian fortress Els Vilars. You will learn about the lifestyle of the inhabitants of this site. An hour of free time will be provided for lunch in a local restaurant. Next, we’ll visit Museo de Les Borges and the olive oil theme park.

The excursion will conclude with a visit to Montblanc, a medieval village boasting the largest walled complex in Catalonia. We will stroll through the historic quarter, linked to the legend of Saint George and the dragon.
