Discover the wine-producing region of Argentina on this trip to Cafayate, known for its popular wines in the north of the country.

Cafayate Day Trip

Between 6:30 am and 7:10 am, pickup will be available from hotels in the city center or a designated meeting point of your choice. The tour will begin in the south of the province and travel through the scenic villages of the Lerma Valley.

A stop will be made at the Quebrada de La Conchas mountain range to view unique rock formations shaped by erosion, including the castle, the toad, the devil, and the amphitheatre. Following this, the journey continues to Cafayate, a renowned wine-producing town in northern Argentina.

In Cafayete, a visit to a local winery will reveal the secrets of Argentine wine, featuring a tasting of Torrontés wine, produced from grapes grown in the Valley of Cafayate. After the winery visit, there will be free time for lunch and exploration of the city at your leisure.

Returning to Salta in the evening, arrival is expected around 6:30 pm.
