What to Expect

Join us for a culinary adventure into the rich flavors of northern Argentina, known for its landscapes and wine. After being picked up from your hotel in Salta, we will proceed to Mercado de San Miguel, located near Plaza 9 de Julio.

At the market, we will visit different stalls to purchase the ingredients for our home-cooked meal, discovering authentic Salta cuisine. As we explore, we will learn about popular Argentine recipes in the region while gathering our ingredients.

With fresh ingredients in hand, we will head to our nearby cooking class where our chef will provide insights on creating northern flavors. The focus will be on mastering a typical Salta dish, with adjustments based on seasonal variations and ingredient availability.

The workshop will conclude with a satisfying lunch featuring the dish we prepared, followed by the return to your hotel in Salta approximately 5 hours later.
