At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Salta to start our trip to Santa Rosa de Tastil.

Our first stop is Campo Quijano, known as the 'door to the Andes.'

During our journey to Quebrada del Toro, we will take a mountainous route with views of colorful hilltops and towering cacti. This route offers numerous photo opportunities.

Continuing, we'll pass by the Tren a las Nubes viaduct until we reach Quebrada del Toro. We will pause to enjoy a spectacular vista of Salta before traveling to the quaint town of Santa Rosa de Tastil, home to a local indigenous community.

In this town, we will find the important archeological site, the Tastil ruins, located 3,200 meters (10,498 feet) above the Calchaquíes Valleys. You will have time to explore the site and enjoy the surroundings. This site is noted as one of the largest pre-Colombian cities in Argentina.

After some free time for lunch at local restaurants, we will return to Salta, concluding our tour.
