Guided Tour of Salta

Between 9:30 am and 10 am, pickup will occur from your hotel in the city centre or the designated meeting point. The tour begins at Salta Cathedral, located at Plaza 9 de Julio, where we will discuss its construction and features alongside nearby attractions such as the Museum of High Altitude Archaeology, the Cuchi Leguizamón sculpture, and the Cabildo of Salta, recognized as the best-conserved cabildo in Argentina.

After a 5-minute walk, we will arrive at the Church of Saint Francis, noted for its striking red façade and the tallest steeple in South America at nearly 180 feet. The next stops include the church of San Francisco and the convent of San Bernardo, providing insights into the city's history. We will then ascend San Bernardo hill for panoramic views of Salta.
