Juramento River Rafting Tour

Feel the adrenaline rush rafting down the Juramento River. You'll slide down many rapids of this fast-flowing river, one of the main waterways in the Salta province.

Juramento River Rafting Tour

At 8:30 am, we'll meet at Caseros street in Salta and travel by minibus to the banks of the Juramento River. A brief training session will be held in a camp on the river bank, after which participants will don helmets and vests to launch rafts into the water.

During this rafting activity along the Juramento River, we'll navigate through 10 class III and 5 class II rapids. The journey includes crossing the breathtaking canyon of the Juramento River, featuring rocks over 65 million years old and various prehistoric fossils. The rafting trip covers a distance of 12 kilometers, concluding at Los Lapachos.

After the rafting activity, we'll return to the camp for a delicious Argentinean barbecue. Post-lunch, we'll return participants by minibus to the meeting point in Salta, with an estimated arrival time of 6:30 pm.
