San Lorenzo Bike Tour

In this activity, we'll take you from Salta to San Lorenzo for a bike tour through natural areas such as the Arteaga Gorge and the Eastern Cordillera. You can choose your preferred cycling route.

San Lorenzo Bike Tour

Your reservation will allow you to select from the following bike tours. All options include hotel pickup at the specified time in Salta, transportation to the activity location, an English-speaking guide, and bike + helmet rental.

Note that half an hour of transport time will be added to the indicated tour duration, with a one-way trip from Salta to the activity site being 15 minutes.

Arteaga Gorge Tour (2 hours)

We'll begin by traveling from Salta to the outskirts of San Lorenzo and starting our bicycle tour through the Arteaga Gorge at Las Costas farm. The route includes crossing a water reserve with clear streams and experiencing different landscape changes, from mountain forests to a transition jungle.

Departure times: daily at 10 am and 3 pm.

Potrero Grande Tour (3 hours)

This route will be in the area of Potrero Grande, protected by the mountains of Salta. We will cycle through the landscapes of Selva Montana viewing diverse botanical species, such as walnut trees, matos, laurales, and more. Multiple stops will allow us to see Argentinean horses grazing.

Departure times: daily at 10 am and 3 pm.

Uriburu and Cordillera Oriental Tour (7 hours)

This is the most technically difficult route. Starting at Uriburu, we will pedal through steep landscapes to reach 2200 meters (7,220 feet) above sea level with stunning views. A picnic lunch will be provided, after which we'll return to the starting point and back to your hotel.
