At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Largo do Pelourinho and begin this enriching experience in a cultural and musical space. Explore the sound creativity and traditional rhythms from Salvador.
In Salvador, the typical rhythms are an integral part of daily life. Inspired by the African continent, similarities to samba and candombe ceremonies are evident.
During the class, we'll learn about percussion and samba-reggae, guided by experienced musicians who will provide basic guidelines for exploring local music production. These rhythms even inspired Michael Jackson.
The class lasts between 2 to 3 hours. Afterward, we'll conclude and say our goodbyes.
Pickup
When booking, you can choose an option that includes accommodation pickup and drop-off. In this case, we will collect you from your accommodation in Salvador between one hour and 30 minutes before the class starts.
