We'll start with an introduction to the culinary wonders of Salvador, often referred to as the "Black Rome." We will stroll through the vibrant streets of Santo Antonio and our first stop will be the Casa da Vovó restaurant to savor the flavors of acarajé, which is considered an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Salvador.
Next, we'll visit the Zanzibar Restaurant, popular among bohemian artists who often perform there. While enjoying the musical atmosphere, we'll try a traditional ginger smoothie.
To conclude this three-hour food tour of Salvador de Bahia, we'll arrive at Bar Ulisses where we will enjoy a traditional dish that varies by season, such as moqueca, feijoada, or cocido.
