Amphibious Splash City Tour

Discover Mozart's birthplace and visit its landmarks in a different way on this amphibious bus tour of Salzburg. Experience this unique transport method on both land and water.

Description

At the agreed time, we'll meet at 1a Franz-Josef-Kai. We'll board a unique bus that provides a panoramic tour of Salzburg, during which the vehicle will transform into a boat.

The tour will begin with a short ride along the river, exiting at Müllnersteg to continue on land. Highlights include a visit to Mirabell Palace, the house where Mozart was born and created his first works, as well as Leopoldskron Castle, a Rococo-style villa featured in The Sound of Music.

We will also explore Mülln, one of the city’s oldest districts, where medieval mills still stand. The tour concludes with a return to the starting point, featuring a "splash down" on the river.

Enjoy the skyline view of Salzburg while sailing on the Salzach River. After an hour and a half exploring the city, we'll conclude the tour at the meeting point.
