Amphibious Splash City Tour

Discover Mozart's birthplace and visit its landmarks in a different way on this amphibious bus tour of Salzburg. Experience this unique method of transport on both land and water.

Description

At the agreed time, we'll meet at 1a Franz-Josef-Kai. There, we will board a distinctive bus for a panoramic tour of Salzburg. During the route, this vehicle will turn into a boat.

We will start with a short tour along the river and exit at Müllnersteg to continue on land. We will visit Mirabell Palace and the house where Mozart was born and where he created his first works as a child. We will also see Leopoldskron Castle, a Rococo-style villa featured in the movie The Sound of Music.

Next, we will explore one of the oldest districts in the city: Mülln, known for its remaining medieval mills. Finally, we will return to the starting point with a "splash down" on the river.

During this last part of the tour, we will enjoy the skyline view of Salzburg while sailing on the Salzach River.

After an hour and a half of exploring, we will conclude at the meeting point.
