At the indicated time, we'll depart from Hubert-Sattler-Gasse 1 in Salzburg and head to the southwestern corner of Bavaria where Germany borders Austria and the Czech Republic. After a 50-minute journey, we'll first stop at Berchtesgaden National Park, a natural feature of Bavaria. There, we will pause on the banks of Königssee, the “king's lake," to admire the scene, including St. Bartholomew's Church situated on the shore.

Next, we will visit the town of Berchtesgaden. You will see the contrast of lush green valleys and snow-capped peaks with the ochre tones of traditional houses. After some free time to explore Berchtesgaden, we will return to Salzburg, with arrival expected 4 hours after pickup.
