At the indicated time, you'll meet at the terminal located at Hubert-Sattler-Gasse 1. Here, you'll board a bus ready to head out into the Austrian countryside. You'll travel through the stunning Lake Region, or Salzkammergut, in the direction of the enchanting town of Hallstatt.

As you journey through the towns and villages surrounding Salzburg, you'll be immersed in the spectacular natural landscapes of idyllic rural Austria. Upon arrival in Hallstatt, you will have two hours to explore the town and learn about its history and culture.

During your time in Hallstatt, you'll wander through the streets, admiring views of the peaceful lake and the surrounding mountains, as well as the typical hillside houses. Hallstatt has often been recognized as one of the most beautiful towns in the world.

We recommend visiting the World Heritage View platform to take in the incredible scenery. Alternatively, you can visit the renowned Bone Chapel or take the cable car for an aerial view of the town.

At the end of the day, we will return to Salzburg, arriving five and a half hours after pickup.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You will start your day by meeting at the designated terminal at Hubert-Sattler-Gasse 1 to board the bus. The trip will take you through the stunning landscapes of the Lake Region, providing beautiful views along the way. Once you arrive in Hallstatt, you’ll have two hours to explore the town at your own pace.
