Aromatherapy & Meditation at Finca Tierra Activa

At Finca Tierra Activa, appreciation for nature and respect for Pachamama are woven into every task and each seed nurtured in the fields. To begin our journey, we will gather at the designated time, where the warm-hearted hostesses will greet us with a refreshing antioxidant tea.

Following this inviting welcome, we’ll receive an amphora filled with essential oils and a container for gathering fruits and aromatic plants. We’ll embark on a 40-minute exploration of the farm's gardens. For an enhanced experience, feel free to walk barefoot and truly connect with the soil beneath you.

As we stroll, we’ll collect leaves and medicinal herbs, and make several stops to explore breathing techniques and adopt positive habits that can enrich our everyday lives.

Next, we’ll proceed to a garden area where we can indulge in a soothing foot bath with aromatic plants, complemented by tea and fresh fruits from the farm.

To cap off our experience, we’ll enjoy a 15-minute aromatherapy and meditation session set against the backdrop of a banana plantation. Here, participants will discover spiritual and body dynamics before savoring a farm-fresh snack.

We’ll conclude our gathering by expressing our gratitude to the hostesses, wrapping up the activity approximately two hours after we started.

For those opting for the tour with a meal, depending on your booking time, you will be served breakfast (comprising eggs, fruit, arepas, homemade bread, and either coffee or hot chocolate), lunch (including a starter, main course, dessert, and a drink), or dinner (featuring a starter, main course, and a drink).
