Discover one of the most traditional trades in San Andres. You'll weave handicrafts out of coconut palm while enjoying views of the Caribbean Sea.

San Andres Handicrafts Workshop

We'll meet at the arranged time and proceed to the San Luis neighborhood overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Upon arrival, you'll meet expert artisans who will instruct you on weaving coconut palm into various shapes.

Participants will spend one hour learning and practicing this traditional island weaving technique. At the conclusion of the experience, you'll have crafted items such as hats, baskets, birds, roses, and fish.

A fifteen-minute break follows the crafts activity for participants to enjoy natural juice and a typical empanada. The session concludes with a dip in the turquoise Caribbean Sea.

After the activity, we will return you to the meeting point.
