Quito Botanical Garden + Cruz Loma Tour

Marvel at the views from the Cruz Loma cable car and explore the fascinating Botanical Garden on this tour of Quito: two for the price of one!

Description

At the designated time, we will pick you up from your chosen meeting point and head to the western mountain range of the Pichinchas at an altitude of 2,850 meters. The landscape will be impressive.

Once there, we will buy tickets for the Quito cable car. After a 10-minute journey, we will arrive at the Cruz Loma station, at nearly 4,000 meters above sea level.

From this altitude, you will have access to views of Quito and, weather permitting, you may see surrounding volcanoes such as Cayambe, Antisana, Sincholagua, Cotopaxi, and Atacazo. At the summit, you will have one hour of free time to explore and try the Cruz Loma swing.

Next, we will visit Quito's Botanical Garden to discover various plants and discuss conservation efforts for endangered species.

Depending on the group's pace, we may make a final stop at the Guayasamin Museum or La Capilla del Hombre, a cultural center reflecting on Latin American history and human rights.

After our visits, we will return to our starting point, concluding our 4-hour tour.
