Full Day Tour of Quito's Equatorial Monuments

We will pick you up from your hotel in Quito at the indicated time to start our adventure. In less than 40 minutes, we’ll reach the Middle of the World.

Our first stop is the Zero Point Museum, where you can explore the Earth's equator, equinoxes, and solstices. Next, we’ll visit the Intiñan Interactive Museum to conduct experiments such as the Coriolis effect and balancing an egg on a nail.

We will then proceed to Mitad del Mundo (Middle of the World) to explore the iconic monument marking the equatorial line. Visitors can browse artisan shops and visit the complimentary museums of beer and cocoa, including a chocolate tasting.

Before our next stop, we will provide some free time for lunch with recommendations for local restaurants.

Afterwards, we’ll head to the Quito cable car to admire the city from over 4,000 meters (13,123 feet) above sea level.

Finally, we’ll visit the monument of the Virgen del Panecillo, which offers spectacular views of the city and includes a museum. After an enriching 8 to 9 hours, we will return to your hotel.
