Scuba Diving for Beginners

Upon pickup from your hotel in the south of Gran Canaria, we head to either Amadores or Arinage beach, depending on conditions. A brief presentation on safe diving practices will be provided by our qualified monitor. Participants will learn basic rules and procedures before using diving equipment, including fins, goggles, tubes, and bottles. The dive lasts between 30 and 50 minutes, depending on individual oxygen needs. We will descend to approximately three feet to familiarize with equipment, then continue to depths of ten and sixteen feet to observe marine fauna. After the dive, return transfer to hotels in the south of Gran Canaria is included.

If your accommodation is not in these areas, you must go to the meeting point at 2 Avenida de Italia (Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria).

Important information

No previous diving experience is required, but participants must be in good physical condition.Diving is conducted with a maximum of 2 people per instructor. Additional participants will form separate groups.
