After picking you up at your hotel in Flores, we'll start our bus ride to Tikal National Park, about an hour away. From the moment you arrive, the importance of this place will be evident. You'll be immersed in Maya culture as we enter this complex, which houses some 3,000 structures that have been excavated.

Your expert guide will provide insights into the history of this ancient civilization that inhabited Mesoamerica. Key structures include the Temple of the Masks, Temple of the Great Jaguar, Temple of the Jaguar Priest, and the iconic Temple IV, the highest temple in Tikal.

Inside the park, you'll enjoy a meal consisting of vegetable soup followed by chicken, beef, or pork, accompanied by rice or vegetables (vegetarian menus available). You'll also receive one refreshing drink. Afterwards, you'll have free time to further explore this monumental Maya city.
