Anaga Rural Park Hike
Our hike will depart from the Visitors Centre next to the Cruz del Carmen Hermitage. We'll embark on a three-hour easy hike through the Anaga Rural Park, a designated Nature Reserve since 2015, known for its diverse plants and wildlife.
During the hike, we will travel through the well-known laurel forests in the Anaga mountain range. Led by a local guide, participants will learn about various plant species along the way. This area contains the highest number of native species in Europe.
After exploring the remarkable biodiversity of Anaga, we will return to the meeting point to conclude our hike.
Children under 5 years old
Children under 5 years old can accompany their parents or guardians on the route; however, the hike is not recommended for them. Parents may also take children under 2 years of age, provided they are carried in a baby carrier.
