Coleta Cooking Class
After meeting in the Al Grano cafeteria, we'll learn about the cuisine of this Mexican municipality from an expert chef. We'll explore the combination of two gastronomic cultures: pre-Hispanic and Spanish.
We'll learn to use ingredients from ancient Mayan, colonial and contemporary dishes. Some of the delicacies we'll prepare include bread soup, tacos coletos, chalupas, chanfaina, and banana cake.
At the end of the cooking class, we'll have the opportunity to taste the dishes prepared.
