Coleta Cooking Class

After meeting in the Al Grano cafeteria, we'll learn about the cuisine of this Mexican municipality from an expert chef. We will explore how the cuisine merges the two cultures: pre-Hispanic and Spanish.

We will utilize ingredients from ancient Mayan, colonial, and contemporary dishes. The delicacies we will prepare include bread soup, tacos coletos, chalupas, chanfaina, and banana cake.

At the end of the cooking class, we will have the opportunity to taste the prepared dishes.

Depending on the day of the activity, there are two types of menus available:

Menu 1 (available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday):
