Explore the old town of California's second-largest city on a guided tour of San Diego, featuring Victorian houses, gardens, and monuments.

Tour Highlights

We'll gather at Heritage Park Row at the designated time and set off on our guided tour of San Diego's historic center. Prepare to delve into the rich history of this coastal city.

Our journey begins at this park, where the preserved Victorian architecture of California's second-largest city unfolds. Learn about San Diego's founders as we explore historic buildings like the Sherman-Gilbert House and the McConaughy House.

Heritage Park is home to San Diego's first synagogue. Explore the history of Temple Beth Israel, constructed between 1880 and 1890, and its modern-day role in hosting weddings, receptions, and bar mitzvahs.

Afterward, we'll stroll to the region's oldest golf course, learn about the cemetery, and pause in front of the iconic Whaley House, the oldest brick building in Southern California.

After a fulfilling two hours of exploration, we bid farewell at this final stop. Until next time!
