Wine Tasting + Food (1.5 Hours)

At the arranged time, we will gather at Via Catira, located on the edge of Catania, where the Etna Urban Winery resides. Ready to explore traditional Sicilian cuisine in an extraordinary setting?

This option includes a sampling of 4 wines accompanied by a delightful lunch, featuring 7 small starters, followed by a choice of pasta or rice as a first course, and a second course offering either meat or fish.

Post-lunch, you’ll have the freedom to wander through the cellars and vineyards at your own pace.

Wine Tasting + Guided Tour (4 Hours)

If you’re looking to extend your visit, consider selecting this option that encompasses a guided tour of the Etna Urban Winery facilities.

Though it was established in the 18th century, this urban winery is nestled within an area affected by the expansion of Catania, making it the first urban winery in Sicily. Situated on the southern slopes of Mt. Etna, you will delve into the culinary and wine-making heritage of the island, all while enjoying a blend of nature and modernity.

Upon arrival, indulge in a tasting of 4 wines sourced from Etna, complemented by 4 gourmet appetizers. Afterward, the journey will continue with a stroll through the vineyards, along with a visit to the historic family winery established in 1790, and a tour of the wine cellar.
