Baron Island Boat Trip

Drop anchor off the coast of stunning Baron Island, enjoy a drink and relax to the ambient onboard chill-out music. Our fantastic cruise is the perfect plan for any visitor to La Manga.

Description

We'll meet up at the docks of Punta el Pedruchillo, where the boat will be waiting to take you on a wonderful 2-hour ride around the beautiful coastline of Murcia. We'll head towards the picturesque Baron Island, also known as Isla Mayor, located in the centre of a coastal saltwater lagoon known as Mar Menor.

We'll skirt the island while enjoying the sea breeze at sunset and admire the Tower, the palacete, the 19th-century neo-Mudejar chapel, Punta del Fraile and Playa de las Monjas beach. You will also hear about the legend of the island.

If we're lucky, we'll see some of the mouflons that graze on the largest island in the Region of Murcia. On the way back, we'll pass over a natural sand spit known as La Seca. Finally, we'll drop you back at the starting point 50 minutes later.
