Pacuare River Rafting

After hotel pickup in San José, we will travel to the Pacuare River, a premier rafting location. The tour features stunning scenery with waterfalls, cataracts, and trails, highlighting a variety of fauna and flora.

The tour begins with a safety talk to prepare for the experience. Participants will navigate a thrilling 5-mile (8 km) route through some of Costa Rica's top rapids.

Upon reaching Pacuare Valley, we will undertake another 5-mile tour to observe local wildlife, including white-faced monkeys, sloths, squirrels, hummingbirds, and toucans.

After the adventure, we will enjoy a traditional Costa Rican meal, featuring rice, beans, salad, with a choice of chicken, fish, or pork, as well as picadillo, plantain, and juice. A vegetarian or gluten-free menu is available upon request at the time of booking.

The tour concludes with a return to your hotel in San José.

Hotel Pickup

The tour includes pickup and transfer back to the main hotels in San José. If your hotel is in a remote area, you will be informed of a designated meeting point.
