Tortuguero National Park 2 or 3-Day Tour

On this 2 or 3-day tour of Tortuguero National Park, you'll explore Costa Rica's nature and stay in a jungle lodge.

Description

Day 1

We'll pick you up from your hotel and start the 2-day tour of Tortuguero National Park. Our first stop will be in Guápiles for breakfast. Afterward, we'll head to La Pavona dock to board a boat along the Suerte River.

While sailing, we'll enjoy views of Costa Rican riverine nature. We'll reach the Tortuguero River and arrive at the lodge around 12:00 noon for check-in. After lunch at the restaurant, we'll visit the village of Tortuguero to learn about its culture and the relationship with turtles.

We'll return to the lodge for relaxation and dinner.

Day 2

In the morning, we'll explore Tortuguero National Park, witnessing its natural attractions and the largest wetland in the country. After exploring, we’ll return to the lodge for breakfast, then depart for La Pavona dock.

Lastly, we will drop you back to your hotel around midday.

3-day tour

For a longer experience, book the 3-day tour. After breakfast on the second day, we'll revisit Tortuguero National Park, have lunch at the lodge, and hike through trails, gardens, and beaches.

On the third day, we'll return to your hotel after breakfast, concluding the tour.

Accommodation

The tour includes 1 or 2 nights of full board at Laguna Lodge in Tortuguero. A supplement will apply for single rooms with odd-numbered reservations.
