Relish the exuberant tropical nature in Puerto Rico on this trip from San Juan to El Yunque National Forest. A paradise of biodiversity!

El Yunque National Rainforest Day Trip

At the indicated time, we will pick you up from your hotel in San Juan and set off for the eastern zone of the Island. We will travel for 40 minutes to reach El Yunque National Rainforest.

During the visit, we will see a large mudslide caused by hurricane Maria in 2017, and continue climbing to the highest peak in the rainforest, Toro Peak, at 3,510 feet (1,070 meters) high, offering views of the Caribbean Sea.

We will walk for 25 minutes along rainforest paths, with a chance to spot a red-tailed hawk. You will learn about the unique flora and fauna that thrive in this environment.

At the end of the route, we will discover the stunning waterfalls and natural pools of El Yunque. You can take a refreshing dip, and if you're feeling adventurous, jump from the waterfall.

After our exploration, we will visit a local restaurant for a typical lunch and some time to relax on the beach.

Finally, we will conclude the tour by returning you to your hotel, which will take approximately 4 to 5 hours.
