Jachal, Rodeo and Pismanta Trip
After picking you up from your hotel in San Juan at 8 am, we will head to the northern area of the province.
The first stop is San José de Jáchal, where we will see its adobe houses, narrow alleys, and 18th-century colonial buildings. We will visit the Archdiocesan Sanctuary, a National Historical Monument, and view the Cristo Negro (Black Christ), made with local leather.
We will continue along National Route 150 through the central foothills, observing diverse native fauna, including llamas. The itinerary includes a stop at the Cuesta del Viento dam.
Next, we will stop in the village of Rodeo, the main settlement in the Iglesia region. You will have one hour for lunch (not included) in this picturesque town. After lunch, we will visit the Pismanta hot springs to learn about their invigorating properties.
On the return to San Juan, we will pass through the towns of Las Flores and Bella Vista, reaching the highest point on the route: Mount Colorado.
We will return to your hotel in San Juan, arriving around 6 pm.
