Advantages of a Private Tour
Reserving a private tour means you'll receive a personalized service, able to take the tour any day of the week and modify the itinerary as you wish. For large groups, it is a cost-effective option.
Itinerary
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the central Plaza de Colón, where we'll begin our private walking tour of Puerto Rican capital. We will pass by the San Cristobal Fortress and the Alejandro Theatre, discussing the Spanish occupation and its influence on the island's current structure. We will view the iconic Casino and follow the original traces of the old city walls.
As we stroll through the capital, we'll see the characteristic coloured houses of Calle Fortaleza. While discussing battles against the British and Dutch, we will arrive at the Las Palmas Bastion, the main defensive nucleus in San Juan, offering incredible views.
We will also explore intriguing details, including the site of the first piña colada and the narrowest house in America. Both spots will be included before continuing along Calle del Cristo.
We'll find a mysterious chapel with an accompanying legend, and the tour will conclude at the Totem, a great obelisk honoring the island's indigenous peoples, ending in front of the symbol of San Juan: the Morro Fortress, after a duration of 2 hours.
