Explore the vineyards of the Argentinean province of San Juan with this tour of the wineries of Viñas de Segisa, Fabril Alto Verde, and Miguel Mas.
Winery Tour
After picking you up from your hotel in San Juan at 2 pm, we will visit significant wineries in the south of the province.
Our first stop is the Viña de Segisa winery, established in 1925, where we will learn about the wine production process, from grape cultivation to the final product. We will also highlight awarded products like the 2004 Segisa Tempranillo Gold Medal.
Next, we will visit the Fabril Alto Verde wineries, known for pioneering the use of certified organic grapes in Argentina. Here, we will observe the production of wines through sustainable development methods.
Our final stop is the Miguel Mas champagne cellar, where sparkling wines are produced using organic agriculture, emphasizing ecological processes. Champagnes undergo natural fermentation in bottles without the use of pesticides or herbicides, contributing to their distinct flavor.
We will return to your hotel in San Juan by 6 pm.
