Join us to explore the underground world of San Luis Potosí on this caving route in the La Puente cave. You'll spend a day exploring below the earth's surface!

Caving in La Puente Cave

At 6:30 am we'll pick you up at your hotel in San Luis Potosi and drive in a 4x4 vehicle to the Sierra de Alvarez, where we'll begin the hiking route.

We'll walk through the holm oak forests of the Sierra de Álvarez to reach the entrance of the La Puente cave.

Inside the cave, we will spend about three hours admiring stalactites and stalagmites formed by an underground river.

After exploring the caves, we'll head back outside to a rancho for a barbecue-style meal. Subsequently, we'll embark on a hike around the mountain range.

You will be returned to your hotel in San Luis Potosi, concluding the activity at approximately 6:30 pm.
