Rappelling at the Tamul Waterfall

After picking you up at your hotel in San Luis Potosí at 6:45 am, we'll travel by minibus to the small town of Tanchachín, about four hours away.

Upon arrival, we'll embark on a hiking route leading to the rappelling site. This route crosses the jungle of the Huasteca Potosina region, allowing us to admire the lush vegetation alongside the Gallinas River.

We will soon encounter the emblematic Tamul waterfall, the largest in San Luis Potosí, with a height of 105 meters (344 feet).

After donning safety equipment and learning basic rules, we'll proceed to rappel down the waterfall. This descent provides a privileged view of the surrounding landscape.

Expect to be splashed by the cascade! The experience lasts approximately two hours. After rappelling, we will walk back to Tanchachín, where you will have one hour of free time for lunch at a local restaurant.

We will return to the minibus and conclude the activity at 8 pm, returning you to your hotel in San Luis Potosí.
