Ride the wave of adrenaline as you rappel down the famous Tamul waterfall & enjoy the unforgettable surrounding landscape. A unique way to visit the largest waterfall in San Luis Potosí!

Rappelling at the Tamul Waterfall

After picking you up at your hotel in San Luis Potosí at 6:45 am, we'll travel by minibus to the town of Tanchachín, approximately four hours away.

Upon arrival, we will hike to the area where the rappelling will occur, crossing the jungle of the Huasteca Potosina and admiring the vegetation along the banks of the Gallinas River.

We will encounter the emblematic Tamul waterfall, the largest in San Luis Potosí, standing at 105 meters (344 feet) tall.

After setting up with safety equipment and learning basic rules, we will begin rappelling down the waterfall from one side, allowing us to enjoy the surrounding landscape from a unique viewpoint.

Expect to be splashed by the cascade; the experience will last approximately two hours. Following the descent, we will walk back to Tanchachín, where you will have an hour of free time to eat at a local restaurant.

After this break, we'll return to the minibus, concluding the activity at 8 pm, with a drop-off back at your hotel in San Luis Potosí.
