Rappelling at the Tamul Waterfall

After picking you up at your hotel in San Luis Potosí at 6:45 am, we'll travel by minibus to the small town of Tanchachín, approximately four hours away.

Upon arrival, we'll embark on a hiking route to the rappelling location, crossing the jungle of the Huasteca Potosina region while admiring the lush vegetation along the banks of the Gallinas River.

We will arrive at the emblematic Tamul waterfall, the largest in San Luis Potosí at 105 meters (344 feet) tall.

After setup with safety equipment and learning some basic rules, we will start rappelling down the waterfall! We will descend from one side, providing a privileged view of the surrounding landscape.

Expect to get splashed by the cascade! The experience lasts approximately two hours, followed by a walk back to Tanchachín, where you will have an hour of free time to eat at a local restaurant.

With renewed energy, we will return to the minibus. The activity concludes at 8 pm, returning you to your hotel in San Luis Potosí.
