At 10 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel and start our trip to Santa Maria del Rio, one of the four magical villages in the state of San Luis Potosi.

After an hour's drive, we'll arrive in Santa Maria del Rio, known for being the origin of the rebozo, a type of shawl. Our first stop will be at a workshop where this traditional garment is crafted. You'll learn about its production through ancient techniques passed down through generations.

Next, we'll visit the Casa del Rebozo, the only place in the world dedicated to the preservation, promotion, and dissemination of this clothing item. The interactive exhibit will cover the origin of the rebozo, its production process, types of stitches, and historical artifacts related to its creation.

Our next destination will be the Church of the Assumption, a key example of colonial religious architecture in Santa Maria del Rio. This structure, originally part of a 17th-century Franciscan convent, is surrounded by handicraft stores and traditional bakeries.

Lastly, we'll conclude the tour by dropping you off at your hotel at 2.30 pm.
