Looking for plans in San Luis Potosí? Join us on this excursion to Minas Viejas to admire one of the most impressive waterfalls in the Huasteca Potosina. We'll relax in its natural pools and do a fun waterfall jumping activity in the Micos River.

Micos River Waterfall Jumping + Minas Viejas

At 6:45 am we'll pick you up at your hotel in San Luis Potosí and drive to Minas Viejas. The minibus ride will take us four and a half hours.

Once we arrive, you'll have two hours to enjoy the lush surroundings. The Minas Viejas waterfall is 50 meters (164 feet) high with stunning turquoise-green pools at the base. This is a chance to take a dip.

Next, we will follow the Micos River for a fun activity: diving into its waters and jumping from the edge of different waterfalls. Afterward, we’ll swim in beautiful natural pools, an experience surrounded by a unique landscape.

Finally, we’ll return to dry land and you will have an hour free to have lunch in a restaurant before heading back. The excursion will conclude at 8 pm at your hotel in San Luis Potosí.
