Grande and Nogoli Rivers Trip
After picking you up from your hotel in Potrero de los Funes at your chosen time, we will head to the High Sierras in the province of San Luis.
During the journey, we will see the profile of the pampa mountains and a great botanical diversity. We will stop in the small village of Nogolí at the viewpoint of the reservoir, where the colossal dimensions of the dam are impressive.
From the Nogolí reservoir, we will proceed to the Grande River, observing the gradual landscape change from green to ochre and stony terrains.
Along the Grande River, we will discuss the native fauna of San Luis, home to birds such as mountain parrots and woodpeckers, and small mammals like foxes, viscachas, wild cats, and guanacos.
The excursion concludes with a return to your hotel in Potrero de los Funes, approximately five hours after the pick-up.
