Sierra de las Quijadas National Park Trip

We will pick you up at your hotel in Potrero de los Funes at the time of your choice and then proceed to the Sierra de las Quijadas National Park.

We will embark on a trekking route through the Sierra de las Quijadas. This 90-minute hike of medium difficulty will showcase various traces of indigenous cultures that once inhabited this region.

During the hike, we will visit local archaeological sites where paleontologists have discovered numerous dinosaur remains, particularly the fossils of pterosaurs.

We will also stop at the viewing points in the Sierra de las Quijadas to admire the plateaus, cliffs, and other natural features of the park. We will discuss the native fauna, notable for its diversity including grey foxes and maras.

At the end of the trekking route, we will return you to your hotel in Potrero de los Funes, with arrival scheduled six hours after pick-up.
