Coffee Tour of San Marcos de Tarrazu

At 10:30 am, we'll meet at the Finca Tierra Amiga, a farm in San Marcos de Tarrazú. The coffee tour will reveal details about the production of coffee.

For two hours, we'll explore the coffee plantations and observe the processes of harvesting (from November to March), roasting, and grinding. This will demonstrate how artisanal practices create a high-quality coffee with notable aroma and flavor.

Depending on your selected option, the experience concludes with either a tasty coffee or a delicious lunch that includes white rice, beans, chicken wrapped in a banana leaf, and an egg cake with ripe plantain.

We will return to the meeting point at approximately 1:30 pm after the coffee tour.
