Day Trip to Bariloche & Villa La Angostura

Embark on a journey along the iconic Seven Lakes Road to discover two of the most picturesque cities in Patagonia: Villa La Angostura and Bariloche.

Day Trip Details

We'll pick you up at your downtown San Martin de los Andes hotel at the indicated time for an adventure along the Seven Lakes Road, a scenic route featuring natural wonders.

During our 115-kilometer (71.5-mile) journey, we'll pass through lush forests and clear water rivers, stopping at several of Patagonia's stunning lakes, including Machónico, Falkner, Villarino, Escondido, Correntoso, Espejo, and Nahuel Huapi.

Upon reaching Villa La Angostura around noon, we'll explore the town's gardens and harbors before visiting the French-style El Messidor Residence.

We will then proceed to San Carlos de Bariloche, where we'll visit the Civic Center and take a stroll around the port. You will have ample free time for lunch and self-exploration.

In the afternoon, we will return along the same route, enjoying the colorful landscapes during sunset. We expect to arrive back in San Martin de los Andes approximately 10.5 hours later, concluding this excursion.
