Day Trip to Bariloche & Villa La Angostura

Embark on a journey along the iconic Seven Lakes Road to explore the cities of Villa La Angostura and Bariloche.

Day Trip Details

The trip begins with a pickup at your downtown San Martin de los Andes hotel at the scheduled time to start the scenic Seven Lakes Road journey. Over a distance of 115 kilometers (71.5 miles), we will traverse lush forests and rivers, stopping at several stunning lakes including Machónico, Falkner, Villarino, Escondido, Correntoso, Espejo, and Nahuel Huapi.

Upon arrival in Villa La Angostura around noon, we will explore gardens and harbors, and visit the French-style El Messidor Residence.

We will then proceed to San Carlos de Bariloche, where visits to the Civic Center and the port will take place. You will have time to enjoy lunch and explore the city on your own.

The return journey along the same route will commence in the afternoon, allowing you to enjoy sunset views of the landscapes. The entire excursion lasts approximately 10.5 hours, concluding with your drop-off at the hotel.
