Join us for a journey from San Martin de los Andes to discover two towns of Argentine Patagonia. We'll explore a castle, enjoy stunning views, and ride along the Seven Lakes Road.

Day Trip to Villa La Angostura & Villa Traful

We will pick you up at your San Martin de los Andes hotel at 8:30 am and depart for National Route 234. The 90-minute drive covers 115 kilometers (71.5 miles) through forest and rivers along the Seven Lakes Road, passing by Lakes Machónico, Falkner, Villarino, Escondido, Correntoso, Espejo, and Nahuel Huapi.

By noon, we will arrive at Villa La Angostura, where we will walk along the port and visit the El Messidor Residence, a French-style castle. You will have free time for lunch before returning via Seven Lakes Road.

On the return trip, we will pass by the Espejo and Correntoso lakes and visit Villa Traful. We will walk through the village center and explore a coihue forest.

Finally, we will visit the Mirador del Viento, a 70-meter-high (225-foot) cliff with a panoramic view of the Patagonian landscape. We will return to San Martin de los Andes by 7 pm and provide transport back to your accommodation.
