Join us for a journey from San Martin de los Andes to discover two picturesque towns of Argentine Patagonia. We'll explore a castle, enjoy stunning views, and ride along the famous Seven Lakes Road!

Day Trip to Villa La Angostura & Villa Traful

We'll pick you up at your San Martin de los Andes hotel at 8:30 am and leave for National Route 234. During our 90-minute drive through 115 kilometers (71.5 miles) of forest and rivers, we'll travel along the famous Seven Lakes Road, passing Lakes Machónico, Falkner, Villarino, Escondido, Correntoso, Espejo, and Nahuel Huapi.

At noon, we'll arrive at Villa La Angostura, where we'll walk along the port and visit the El Messidor Residence, a French-style castle. You'll have free time for lunch before we head back to Seven Lakes Road.

On our way back, we'll revisit Espejo and Correntoso lakes and detour to Villa Traful. We'll walk through the village and explore a coihue forest.

Finally, we'll visit the Mirador del Viento, a 70-meter-high (225-foot) cliff offering panoramic views of the Patagonian landscape. We'll return to San Martin de los Andes at 7 pm and accompany you back to your accommodation.
