Embark on a cross-border adventure from Argentina to Chile and discover the breathtaking beauty of Pucon.

Private Day Trip to Pucon

The journey begins with a pickup at your hotel in downtown San Martin de los Andes at 7:30 am. We will travel via National Route 234, passing through Junín de los Andes. After a 40-minute drive, we'll cross an araucaria forest along the Malleo River to reach the border crossing, Paso Tromen, where views of the Lanín Volcano's north face await. We will then visit Curarrehue village, home of the Mapuches.

We will continue with a 70-km (43-mile) drive along the Trancura River until we arrive at Pucon, a city where the jungle meets the lakes. You will have two hours of free time to explore the beaches of Pucón and try local traditional food, including seafood. Optionally, you can swim in the warm waters of Villarrica Lake.

After your time in Pucón, we will return to San Martin de los Andes by 8 pm and drop you off at your accommodation.
