This trip is an excellent way to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Yuco peninsula, Lanín National Park, and the adjacent Valdivian forests. While en route, we will traverse Trompul, where breathtaking views of Cerro Chapelco and Lácar Lake await, and explore the volcanic beach of Yuco surrounded by myrtle woods.
The adventure continues as we move into the scenic vistas of Hua Hum, featuring a visit to the Cristo de la Paz statue. Our final destination will be the awe-inspiring Chachín waterfall.

Huechulaufquen Lake & Lanín Volcano (12 hours)
Our journey begins at the church and the Mapuche Cultural Center of Junín de los Andes. Then, we will closely follow the path of the Chimehuín River leading us to Huechulaufquen Lake, the largest lake situated within Lanín National Park adjacent to the volcano sharing its name. Here, you will find Puerto Canoa, from where you can enjoy a catamaran ride on the lake at your leisure.
On the route back to San Martín, we will pass through the lands inhabited by local Mapuche communities.

Villa La Angostura & Villa Traful (12 hours)
We will set off on National Route 234, taking in breathtaking landscapes that include the Machónico, Escondido, and Espejo lakes. By midday, we arrive at Villa La Angostura to explore its primary attractions. In the afternoon, we will retrace our steps on the Road of the Seven Lakes to reach Villa Traful, where you'll delve into the rich history of the area.
On the return leg to San Martín de los Andes, a stop will be made at the Mirador del Viento Viewpoint, featuring a remarkable 70-meter cliff.

Road of the Seven Lakes & Villa La Angostura (12 hours)
On the scenic Road of the Seven Lakes, you'll encounter notable lagoons, including Machónico, Escondido, and Espejo lakes. At the journey's end, visit Villa La Angostura, where the ports and gardens of El Messidor Residence await your exploration. In the afternoon, we proceed to Puerto Manzano to admire its striking architecture along the bay.

Bariloche & Villa La Angostura via Seven Lakes (12 hours)
We will depart San Martín de los Andes and traverse the Road of the Seven Lakes to arrive in Villa La Angostura for a guided exploration. In the afternoon, we will continue on to San Carlos de Bariloche, a picturesque city in Río Negro province, where we will visit the Civic Center and its waterfront.
Eventually, we’ll head back to San Martín de los Andes via the Paso del Córdoba, passing notable sights such as the Caleufu rapids and Lake Meliquina.

Villa Pehuenia (12 hours)
Passing through the town of Aluminé, we will follow the river that shares its name until we reach the Araucaria forests along the Pehuenia Circuit. This route provides spectacular views of Pulmarí, Ñorquinco, Moquehue, and Aluminé lakes. Continuing along this path, we will arrive at the base of Batea Mahuida volcano before reaching the charming town of Villa Pehuenia.
Following a brief exploration of the town's history, we will return to your accommodation in San Martín de los Andes.
